[ARCHIVED] Cambridge Façade Improvement Program

FIP Before and After

The Cambridge Façade Improvement Program is now accepting new project applications. Eligible projects will be located within the Sustainable Community boundary and have work that significantly improves the appearance of facades and other visible sections of building exteriors. The program offers reimbursement of up to 50% of eligible expenses, not to exceed $7,500.The program is funded by a Community Legacy grant through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and administered by the City of Cambridge’s office of Economic and Community Development.


Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and projects showing particular need and community significance can sometimes receive preference.
