Dorchester County Government is creating a strategic plan to build a shared roadmap for the future. With this plan, we will be able to align resources and priorities to address community needs, improve services, and proactively address challenges, ensuring consistent progress and accountability.
Dorchester County has partnered with Frank Grossman and Connie Casson of Integrated Impact Group to support the County in its endeavor to turn community voices into real solutions that matter, by listening to residents, synthesizing the big ideas, and developing bold strategies.
