1. How do I contact a department to express a concern?

We have multiple ways to contact a department. If you know who you need to contact, you may find them in the staff directory. If you aren't sure who to contact, but you know the general department which might be able to help you, fill out an online form in the Citizen Feedback portal. You can always call us at City Hall, by calling (410) 228-4020, and we will do our best to direct you to the appropriate person.

2. How do I apply to a job?

We are glad you are interested in joining the team. Each job opening may have different requirements, but you can check available positions on our Job Opportunities page. Click on each job, and follow the instructions.

3. How do I receive email and text message notifications?

One of the exciting features of ChooseCambridge.com is the Notify Me option for any kind of news or alerts you might want to receive.

Check out all of the available choices in the Notify Me page. When you find something you'd like to be notified about, you have the option of receiving a text message or email.

For instance, if you would like to receive new meeting agendas or minutes, go to Notify Me, scroll down to the Agenda Center, and select all of the agendas you'd like to receive. The icons to the left of each option enable email or text message options.

4. How to I ask a question or suggest a correction about the new website?

Continuing to fine-tune ChooseCambridge.com will be an ongoing process, and we want your help. If you see mistakes, or find errors, you can email them to ced@choosecambridge.com, or call us at City Hall, (410) 228-4020.

Serious errors will be corrected as soon as possible, and others might get corrected within a few days. We appreciate your patience as staff works to get things right.

We'd also like to know if there is something we can do to make the site easier for you to use. It may require us to work with the developer on a solution, but we plan on making periodic revisions and new releases of ChooseCambridge.com throughout the year. Don't worry - the changes will enhance your experience, and not effect the way you interact with the site.
